We believe in empowering others to take action about environmental issues. Even if you may feel small or insignificant, every voice can make an impact. The Carbon Newsprint is here to help you make that impact. We create education resources, support other growing student organizations, have local cleanup efforts and petitions, and raise awareness through our blog.

Our Staff consists of 60+ members coming from 13 countries/regions (Canada, United States, Sri Lanka, Nicaragua, India, Poland, UAE, Hong Kong, Philippines, Azerbaijan, Ghana, Australia, and the UK). All of us hope to spark change in our local communities!

It has been an incredible journey! From writing articles to research papers, working with this organization has truly brought out a part of me that really cares about the environment and wants to really make an impact. This organization helped me challenge my thoughts and come up with ways through which we can combat these issues. I'm really looking forward to the upcoming projects!! There are many other issues that need urgent actions; however, many are not aware of most of them. Thus, it is extremely important to spread awareness about environmental issues. We need to safeguard our environment so that we can safeguard our own existence.

I love working in this organization as there is a wide range of community and I got to learn many about many environmental issues that I was earlier not aware of. Researching on various topics and discussions in the community channel gave me a lot of knowledge and I am at a stage where I can think deeply about all issues for making change in the community. It is important to raise awareness about environmental issues as if we continue on degrading the resources we will have nothing for future generations and spoil mother earth.

By working for The Carbon Newsprint, I've learned about dozens of environmental issues as I've researched to find suitable topics for my articles. For example, writing about fast fashion, the bitcoin industry, and the increasing widespread extinction of animals has led me to want to delve deeper into their critical consequences. The organization has really helped me become more aware in what I can do to alleviate such issues. It's crucial that we raise awareness about these environmental issues for the sake of saving our earth. Knowledge is the most powerful weapons we can use in the fight against these issues. There are so many people out there who simply don't know the extent that climate change will affect the planet's well-being (and in turn, affect us humans).
