Fracking: Its Heavy Politics and Environmental Clauses

What is Fracking?

It seems that many Americans have only heard about it from the presidential Debate in September. Fracking is essentially the process of injecting liquid at high pressure into subterranean rocks, boreholes, etc. so as to force open existing fissures and extract oil or gas. If correctly and efficiently used, there is little to no harm done on the environment. That is not the case right now.

Many major oil and gas companies and corporations fail to property execute the necessary means of using fracking to obtain the finite resources desired. In places where fracking is commonly used, such as free plains and mountainous ranges, air and water contamination is common. The liquid that is in fracking is hydrochloric acid, which if placed anywhere near a direct water source, hundreds of people would be instantly impacted.

So where does that leave us?

It's easy to point fingers in 2020 when it comes to the environment, because it's so easy to put the blame of all of the world's problems on some other loud politician. But what these people fail to realize is that all of us must work together in order to live successfully and produce a sustainable life, one that is green and beautiful, much like how it once looked.
